Tinctures & Elixirs (adults)

Your tincture or elixir bottle comes with a glass dropper. 1 dropper contains approximately 1ml of plant medicine. 1ml of plant medicine is approximately 20 drops.

1-10 drops is considered a small amount

11-20 drops is considered a medium amount

Anything above is considered a large amount

At 2 droppers, 3 times daily.

• 7-day Introduction - 1 bottle. A first meeting with the plant.
• 14-day Acute Course - 2 bottles. For when you need more sustained support.
• 30-day Protocol - 4 bottles. The recommended course. Where the real shift happens.

Rather than a fixed amount, you are invited to listen, adjust, and build a relationship with the plant over time.

Small amount as above recommended for infants and children. 

Teas

Adult recommendation: 1tsp (6g) per cup (250ml)

Children recommendation: 1/2 tsp per cup (250ml)
