Cancellation policy

We ask that you please take responsibility for what you place in your shopping cart, meaning that you read through the entire shop listing, including the ingredients and any notes about the product that may inform of any allergens or contraindications.

For UK customers: you have the right to cancel the order and claim a refund without giving any reason or justification and without incurring any liability (unless exceptions apply) within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Wise Women Village is not responsible for the cost of the return.

The 14-day cancellation period starts the day the goods are in your possession. Weekends and public holidays are included in the 14 days. However, the cancellation period expires at the end of the following working day if the end of the 14 days falls on one of those days.

To cancel, contact us at herbalist@wisewomenvillage.com with your order number before returning your order.

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal button in the footer of our website. You'll be asked to confirm your request and provide your order details. You'll receive an email confirmation automatically once your request is submitted.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened bottles. This exemption applies under EU consumer law. Unopened products returned in original condition will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving them back. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
